Pre-order Process
Step 1: Customer: check on respective Japanese cosmetic brand website to look for intended items.
Step 2: Customer: Send pre-order request to niyi@niyigallery.com.
- Send item details (product name, selected color, product image, brand webiste link).
- Customer details (name, email, phone, delivery address).
- Place 50% of total payable amount as deposit to confirm the order.
Step 3: NiYi Gallery: E-mail will be sent on quotation and estimated arrival date for customer confirmation.
Step 4: Customer: To confirm order and pay deposit if required.
Step 5: NiYi Gallery: Proceed with fulfillment and e-mail to inform customer when order are ready for delivery.
Step 6: Customer: To arrange payment or for the remaining balance.
Step 7: NiYi Gallery: To ship the order using selected postage option and provide tracking number.
